HUBUNGAN KEDISIPLINAN PELAKSANAAN 3M PLUS DENGAN ANGKA BEBAS JENTIK Aedes aegypti DI RW 06 KELURAHAN BUMI LAWEYAN SURAKARTA

Prevalensi kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Kelurahan Bumi menunjukkan kejadian yang konsisten setiap tahun dengan ratarata 3–4 kasus, meskipun Angka Bebas Jentik (ABJ) mencapai 97,1% pada tahun 2024. Pelaksanaan perilaku 3M Plus di Masyarakat belum berjalan secara konsisten dan menyeluruh, sehingga keberadaan jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti masih ditemukan dan berpengaruh terhadap Angka Bebas Jentik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kedisiplinan pelaksanaan 3M Plus dengan Angka Bebas Jentik Aedes aegypti di RW 06 Kelurahan Bumi Laweyan Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan analitik observasional dengan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel diambil dengan metode random sampling dengan total 100 sampel. Data yang dikumpulkan diperoleh dari kuesioner kedisiplinan pelaksanaan 3M Plus dan keberadaan larva Aedes aegypti diperoleh dengan cara survei larva secara visual menggunakan metode single larva. Analisis data menggunakan metode Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai Angka Bebas Jentik Aedes aegypti di RW 06 Kelurahan Bumi Laweyan Surakarta sebesar 95% dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedisiplinan pelaksanaan 3M Plus dengan Angka Bebas Jentik Aedes aegypti (p < 0,05). The prevalence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) cases in Bumi Subdistrict shows consistent occurrence each year, with an average of 3–4 cases, although the Larvae-Free Index (ABJ) from 97.1% in 2024. The implementation of the 3M Plus preventive behavior in the community has not been carried out consistently and comprehensively therefore, the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae is still found and affects the Larvae-Free Index. This study aims to determine the relationship between discipline in the implementation of the 3M Plus program and the Larva Free Index of Aedes aegypti in RW 06, Bumi Subdistrict, Laweyan, Surakarta. The sample was selected using a random sampling method, with a total of 100 respondents. The data were collected using a questionnaire measuring discipline in the implementation of the 3M Plus program. The presence of Aedes aegypti larvae was determined through a visual larvae survey using the single larva method. The results of the study showed that the Larvae-Free Index of Aedes aegypti in RW 06 Bumi Village, Laweyan, Surakarta was 95%, and there was a significant relationship between the discipline in implementing the 3M Plus program and the Larvae-Free Index of Aedes aegypti (p < 0,05).
