PENGARUH EDUKASI INFORMASI OBAT TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PASIEN PROLANIS HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS KEBAKKRAMAT II KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR TAHUN 2024

Untuk hipertensi di Kabupaten atau Kota Karanganyar menurut Profil Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2021 menempati peringkat keempat dimana persentase pada hipertensi sebanyak 96,6%. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi informasi obat terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Kebakkramat II. Pendekatan dilakukan dengan pretest dan postest dengan 22 responden dari Puskesmas Kebakkramat II dan 33 responden dari Sanggar Seni Rias Krisna Budaya yang termasuk peserta prolanis hipertensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien prolanis hipertensi di Puskesmas Kebakkramat II Kabupaten Karanganyar dan Sanggar Seni Rias Krisna Budaya. Penentuan kelompok pretest tanpa edukasi dan posttest dengan edukasi dengan cara peneliti presentasi menggunakan leaflet didepan responden. Pengisian kuesioner kepatuhan menggunakan MARS (Medicatio Adherence Rating Scale). Berdasarkan hasil karakteristik peserta usia 18-45 sebanyak 7 orang, usia 45-49 sebanyak 23 orang, usia ≥60 sebanyak 25 orang. Untuk jenis kelamin peserta semua perempuan.Untuk pendidikan SD sebanyak 39 orang, SMP sebanyak 9 orang, SMA sebanyak 6 orang, perguruan tinggi sebanyak 4 orang dan lainnya sebanyak 1 orang. Untuk jenis pekerjaan PNS sebanyak 3 orang, swasta sebanyak 3 orang, petani sebanyak 5 orang, pedangang sebanyak 1 orang dan tidak ada sebanyak 18 orang. Hasil tingkat kepatuhan sebelum edukasi untuk kepatuhan tinggi 69,09%, untuk kepatuhan sedang 23,64%, untuk kepatuhan rendah 7,27%. Hasil tingkat kepatuhan setelah edukasi untuk kepatuhan tinggi 98,18%, untuk kepatuhan sedang 1,82%, untuk kepatuhan rendah 0%. Sehingga terdapat peningkatan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien prolanis hipertensi di Puskesmas Kebakkramat II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. For elementary school education as many as 39 people, junior high school as many as 9 people, high school as many as 6 people, college as many as 4 people and others as many as 1 person. For the type of work PNS as many as 3 people, private as many as 3 people, farmers as many as 5 people, traders as many as 1 people and none as many as 18 people. The results of the level of compliance before education for high compliance were 69.09%, for moderate compliance 23.64%, for low compliance 7.27%. The results of the level of compliance after education for high compliance 98.18%, for moderate compliance 1.82%, for low compliance 0%. So that there is an increase in drug compliance in hypertension prolanis patients at the Kebakkramat II Public Health Center experiencing a significant increase.
