Abstract
Nyeri merupakan perasaan sensorik tidak menyenangkan, akibat kerusakan jaringan yang dapat diatasi dengan analgesik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas analgesik ekstrak etanol daun cocor bebek dan menentukan dosis ekstrak etanol daun cocor bebek yang dapat memberikan aktivitas analgesik
paling efektif serta untuk mengetahui keefektifan ekstrak etanol daun cocor bebek sebagai analgesik kuat terhadap mencit jantan putih dengan metode tail flick. Serbuk daun cocor bebek diekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Sebanyak 25 ekor mencit putih jantan dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok, yaitu kelompok negatif CMC Na 0,5%, kontrol positif tramadol 0,13 mg/kg BB, ekstrak etanol daun cocor bebek dosis 100 mg/kg BB, 200 mg/kg BB
dan 400 mg/kg BB. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan uji ANOVA, selanjutnya
digunakan uji LSD untuk mengetahui perbedaan antar kelompok. Hasil penelitian bahwa ketiga dosis ekstrak etanol daun cocor bebek memiliki aktivitas analgetik pada hewan mencit jantan putih. Hasil statistik menujukkan ekstrak etanol daun cocor bebek dosis 100 mg/kg BB, 200 mg/kg BB dan 400 mg/kg BB mencit memiliki efek analgetik. Tetapi dosis yang paling efektif dan optimal ada pada dosis 400 mg/kg BB mencit.
Pain is an unpleasant sensory feeling, due to tissue damage that can be overcome with analgesics. The purpose of this study was to determine the analgesic activity of ethanol extract of cocor bebek leaves and determine the dose of ethanol extract of cocor duck leaves that can provide the most effective analgesic activity and to determine the effectiveness of ethanol extract of cocor bebek leaves as a strong analgesic against white male mice with the tail flick method. Cocor bebek leaf powder was extracted using the maceration method with 96% ethanol solvent. A total of 25 male white mice were divided into 5 groups, namely negative group CMC Na 0.5%, positive contrui tramadol 0.13 mg/kg, cocor bebek leaf ethanol extract dose 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg. The data obtained were analyzed using the ANOVA test, then the LSD test was used to
determine differences between groups. The results showed that the three doses of ethanol extract of cocor bebek leaves have analgesic activity in white male mice. The statistical results showed that the ethanol extract of cocor bebek leaves in doses of 100 mg/kg BB, 200 mg/kg BB and 400 mg/kg BB of mice had an analgesic effect. But the most effective and optimal dose is at a dose of 400 mg/kg BB mice.
