Abstract

Bunga rosella memilki senyawa asam organik, fitosterol, polifenol, antosianin, serta vitamin dan mineral. Antosianin merupakan senyawa yang berkhasiat antioksidan, yakni meneralisir radikal bebas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan, mutu fisik serta formulasi krim anti aging terbaik ekstrak buga rosella. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitin eksperimental di mana tahapan yang dilakukan antara lain ekstraksi bunga rosella menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%, kemudian diuapkan dengan rotavapor hingga didapatkan ekstrak kental. Formula sediaan krim bunga rosella yang dibuat meliputi F1;F2;F3 dan F4, dan pembuatan krim. Uji mutu fisik dilakukan pada semua formula sediaan krim yang dibuat. Kemudian pengujian iritasi primer dilakukan dengan cara memberikan krim pada punggung kelinci yang sudah dicukur dan diaklimatisasi, pengkajian ini dilakukan selama 3 hari. Uji aktivitas antiaging dilakukan pada kelinci dengan menggunakan skin analyzer Variasi krim antiaging ekstrak bunga rosella mempengaruhi pH dan stabilitas warna namun tidak mempengaruhi viskositas. Pengujian keamanan sediaan tidak mengiritasi. Konsentrasi pada uji aktivitas anti�aging terbaik adalah krim ekstrak bunga rosella konsentrasi 1.5%. . Rosella flowers contain organic acid compounds, phytosterols, polyphenols and anthocyanins, as well as vitamins and minerals. Anthocyanins are compounds that have antioxidant properties, namely neutralizing free radicals. The aim of this research is to determine the ability, physical quality and formulation of the best rosella flea extract anti-aging cream. This research is an experimental research where the stages carried out include extracting rosella flowers using the maceration method with 70% ethanol solvent, then evaporating using a rotary evaporator until a thick extract is obtained. The Rosella flower cream preparation formula includes F1; F2; F3 and F4, and make cream. Physical quality tests are carried out on all cream preparation formulas made. Then a primary irritation test was carried out by applying cream to the back of a rabbit that had been shaved and acclimatized. This test is carried out for 3 days. Antiaging activity tests were carried out on rabbit using a skin analyzer. Variations in antiaging cream with rosella flower extract affect pH and color stability but do not affect viscosity. Safety testing of non�irritating preparations. The best concentration in the anti-aging activity test was rosella flower extract cream with a concentration of 1.5%.
