Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional exhaustion on employee retention with employer branding as a mediating variable. Emotional exhaustion is one of the psychological factors that can reduce employee work motivation and commitment to the organization. On the other hand, employer branding is believed to be able to increase employee attraction and loyalty to the Company. This research model consists of three main hypotheses: (H1) emotional exhaustion affects employee retention, (H2) employer branding affects employee retention, and (H3) emotional exhaustion affects employer branding. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to employees of the Company who are the objects of study. Data analysis was carried out using the moderated regression analysis (MRA) model method to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions in efforts to increase employee retention through managing psychological and strategic aspects of internal branding in the Company. Kristina Susilowati, 2025. Pengaruh Kelelahan Emosional terhadap Retensi Karyawan dengan Employer Branding sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Skripsi. Program Studi S1 Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Setia Budi. Pembimbing I: [Nang Among Budiadi SE. M.Si], Pembimbing II: [Fidela Berliani P. SE., M.Si].
