KAJIAN PENGETAHUAN DAN KEPATUHAN MASYARAKAT TENTANG PENGGUNAAN OBAT HIPERTENSI DI LINGKUNGAN RW 04 DUKUH NANO KELURAHAN TAWANGMANGU

Hipertensi adalah kondisi dimana seseorang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah di atas normal dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Dikatakan seseorang menderita hipertensi apabila tekanan sistoliknya 140 mmHg dan tekanan diastoliknya 90 mmHg. Pengetahuan penderita hipertensi sangat berpengaruh pada sikap untuk patuh berobat karena semakin tinggi pengetahuan maka keinginan untuk patuh berobat juga semakin meningkat. Dalam mengukur kepatuhan pengobatan pasien hipertensi digunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita hipertensi di desa nano kecamatan tawangmangu yang memiliki angka insidensi penyakit hipertensi yang tinggi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yakni menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 150 responden, dengan 30 responden inklusi dan 120 responden eksklusi. Berdasarkan uji validitas menunjukan Hasil dari uji valid pada penelitian ini memperoleh nilai Signifikansi pada Based on Mean sebesar 0,00. Hasil uji reabilitas menunjukan hasil dari uji reabel pada penelitian ini memperoleh nilai Signifikansi pada aspek pengetahuan sebesar 0,993 maka data tersebut reabel. Hasil univariat aspek pengetahuan mayoritas responden dengan pengetahuan dari benar yaitu sebanyak 26 responden dengan persentase 91% masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil univariat aspek kepatuhan mayoritas responden dengan kepatuhan yaitu sebanyak 16 responden dengan persentase 52% dan masuk dalam kategori sedang untuk tingkat kepatuhan. It is said that someone suffers from hypertension if the systolic pressure is 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure is 90 mmHg. The knowledge of hypertension sufferers greatly influences the attitude toward complying with treatment because the higher the knowledge, the desire to comply with treatment also increases. In measuring treatment compliance in hypertensive patients, a questionnaire was used. The population in this study were hypertension sufferers in Nano village, Tawangmangu subdistrict, which has a high incidence of hypertension. The sampling technique used is a non- probability sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 150 respondents, with 30 inclusion respondents and 120 exclusion respondents. Based on the validity test, shows that the results of the valid test in this study obtained a significance value based on a mean of 0.00. The results of the reliability test show that the results of the reliability test in this study obtained a significance value for the knowledge aspect of 0.993, so the data is reliable. Univariate results for the knowledge aspect of the majority of respondents with correct knowledge, namely 26 respondents with a percentage of 91%, were in the high category. The univariate results for the compliance aspect of the majority of respondents with compliance were 16 respondents with a percentage of 52% and were included in the medium category for the level of compliance.
