Abstract
his study aims to explore the influence of bullying on the mental
health of nurses. This research was conducted on 120 nurses at the
Regional Mental Hospital (RSJD) Dr. Arif Zainuddin Surakarta Using
quantitative-explanatory methods. The analytical tool used in this
research is SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Based on
the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the results of this
study show that organizational climate has a significant influence on
nurses' mental health, burnout does not have a significant influence on
mental health, bullying in the form of cyberbullying has a significant
influence on nurses' burnout levels and work climate has a significant
influence on bullying. nurse.
Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to nurses.
The sample used was 120 nurses. The research method used was multiple
linear regression analysis to determine the influence of independent
variables on nurses' mental health.
The results showed that a poor organizational climate increases
the risk of bullying, which in turn contributes to burnout and negatively
impacts nurses' mental health. This research makes an important
contribution to understanding workplace dynamics that influence the
mental health wellbeing of healthcare workers, as well as offering
recommendations for promoting healthier work environments.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengaruh perundungan
(bullying) terhadap kesehatan mental perawat. penelitian ini dilakukan
pada 120 perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah (RSJD) Dr. Arif
Zainuddin Surakarta Dengan metode kuantitatif-eksplanatori. Alat
analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SPSS (Statistical
Package for the Social Sciences). Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah
dilakukan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasional
memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental perawat,
burnout tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental,
perundungan dalam bentuk cyberbullying memiliki pengaruh signifikan
terhadap tingkat burnout perawat dan iklim kerja memiliki pengaruh
signifikan terhadap perundungan perawat.
Data diperoleh melalui kusioner yang dibagikan kepada perawat.
Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 120 perawat . Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui
pengaruh variabel independen terhadap kesehatan mental perawat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasional yang
buruk meningkatkan risiko perundungan, yang pada gilirannya
berkontribusi pada burnout dan berdampak negatif pada kesehatan
mental perawat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam
memahami dinamika tempat kerja yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan
kesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan, serta menawarkan rekomendasi
untuk meningkatkan lingkungan kerja yang lebih sehat.
