Abstract
Diare merupakan masalah serius jika terjadi pada balita karena
mampu menyebabkan kematian. Terapi diare balita sering dijumpai
menggunakan berbagai macam obat, banyaknya obat dalam resep
memperbesar resiko terjadinya DRPs.
Ngemplak I tahun 2023. Data diambil dari rekam medis pasien,
kemudian dianalisis profil penggunaan obat dan kejadian DRPs
berdasarkan PCNE Ver9.1. Hasil kemudian di analisis secara deskriptif
dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel.
Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 61 pasien yang sesuai
kriteria inklusi ataupun ekslusi. Profil penggunaan obat diare paling
banyak kombinasi zink dan oralit sebanyak 43 pasien (70,5%) dan
penggunaan obat non diare paling sering yaitu domperidone sejumlah 26
(27,7%). Hasil penelitian menunjukan 114 kejadian DRPs dengan
jumlah 41 pasien (89,1%). DRPs meliputi pengobatan tidak perlu P3.1
(24,6%), pengobatan tidak optimal P1.2 (11,4%) dan indikasi tanpa obat
P1.3 (5,3%). tidak ada indikasi untuk obat C1.2 (21,9%), pengobatan
tidak lengkap C1.5 (10,5%), dosis terlalu rendah C3.1 (7.0%), interaksi
obat C1.3 (5,3%), obat tidak sesuai pedoman C1.1 (4,4%), aturan pakai
tidak jelas C3.5 (3,5%), dosis terlalu tinggi C3.2 (3,5%), pengobatan
terlalu singkat C4.1 (2,6%).
Diarrhea is a serious problem if it occurs in toddlers because it
can cause death. Diarrhea therapy for toddlers is often found using a
variety of drugs, the number of drugs in the prescription increases the
risk of DRPs. This study aims to determine the incidence of DRPs and
the profile of drug use in toddler diarrhea patients at Ngemplak I Health
Center in 2023.
This type of research is non-experimental restrospective and
saturation sampling technique. The research sample was toddler diarrhea
patients (ICD-10 Code A.09) at Ngemplak I Health Center in 2023. Data
was taken from the patient's medical record, then analyzed the profile of
drug use and the incidence of DRPs based on PCNE Ver9.1. The results
were then analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form.
The result study showed total sample of this study was 61
patients who fit the inclusion or exclusion criteria. The most common
diarrhea drug use profile was a combination of zinc and ORS as many as
43 patients (70.5%) and the most frequent use of non-diarrhea drugs was
domperidone as many as 26 (27.7%). The results study showed 114
DRPs with a total of 41 patients (89.1%). DRPs include unnecessary
treatment P3.1 (24.6%), suboptimal treatment P1.2 (11.4%) and
indication without drug P1.3 (5.3%). no indication for drug C1.2
(21.9%), incomplete treatment C1. 5 (10.5%), dose too low C3.1 (7.0%),
drug interaction C1.3 (5.3%), drug not according to guidelines C1.1
(4.4%), unclear rules of use C3.5 (3.5%), dose too high C3.2 (3.5%),
treatment too short C4.1 (2.6%).
