GAMBARAN PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN BPJS RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH SIMO BOYOLALI TAHUN 2023

Hipertensi merupakan suatu penyakit kardiovaskular yang paling sering terjadi. Hipertensi adalah kondisi dimana jika tekanan darah sistolik 130 mmHg atau lebih tinggi dan tekanan darah diastolik 90 mmHg atau lebih tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui langkah awal penggunaan obat antihipertensi yang rasional pada pasien BPJS rawat jalan di RSUD Simo Boyolali tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deksriptif menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Penelitian ini berdasarkan data rekam medis yang masuk di RSUD Simo Boyolali dari sampel sebanyak 108 pasien BPJS rawat jalan pada bulan Januari sampai Desember tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan obat yang paling banyak digunakan di RSUD Simo Boyolali tahun 2023 yaitu jenis obat Candesartan sebanyak 81 obat sebesar (22%). Kemudian penggunaan golongan obat yang paling banyak digunakan adalah golongan CCB (Calcium Channel Blocker) sebanyak 107 obat sebesar (29%). Pasien hipertensi lebih banyak ditemukan pada jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 74 pasien sebesar (69%). Umur pasien BPJS rawat jalan usia 46-65 tahun sebanyak 52 pasien sebesar (48%). Pasien hipertensi dengan atau tanpa penyakit penyerta paling banyak pada penyakit Diabetes Melitus dengan jumlah 26 pasien sebesar (24%). Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study is to determine the first steps for rational use of antihypertensive drugs in outpatient BPJS patients at Simo Boyolali Hospital, in 2023. This study uses a descriptive analysis method using a simple random sampling technique. This study is based on medical record data entered at Simo Boyolali Hospital from a sample of 108 outpatient BPJS patients from January to December 2023. The results of the study show that the most widely used drug use at Simo Boyolali Hospital in 2023 is the type of Candesartan drug with 81 drugs (22%). Then the most widely used drug group is the CCB (Calcium Channel Blocker) group with 107 drugs (29%). Hypertensive patients were found in the female sex as many as 74 patients (69%). The age of outpatient BPJS patients aged 46-65 years is 52 patients (48%). Hypertensive patients with or without comorbidities had the most comorbidities in Diabetes Mellitus with a total of 26 patients (24%).
