EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI RAWAT INAP DI RSU INDO SEHAT KARANGANYAR TAHUN 2023

Hipertensi hingga kini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia. Terapi yang diberikan kepada pasien hipertensi biasanya dilakukan dalam jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui evaluasi penggunaan obat antihipertensi berdasarkan tepat pasien, tepat indikasi, tepat pemilihan obat, dan tepat dosis dalam penggunaan obat antihipertensi di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSU Indo Sehat Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Cross Sectional dengan pengumpulan data secara retrospektif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 49 pasien dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSU Indo Sehat Karanganyar 2023. Data diambil dari rekam medik dan membandingkan data yang diperoleh dengan standart joint national commite on prevention, detection, evaluasi, and treatmen on high blood pressure VII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan obat antihipertensi yang sering digunakan sebagai monoterapi hipertensi adalah golongan CCB (amlodipine) sebanyak 46,9% dan kombinasi antara dua obat yaitu ARB (candesartan) dan CCB (amlodipine) sebanyak 12,2%. Evaluasi penggunaan obat hipertensi pada pasien hipertensi yaitu tepat pasien 100%, tepat indikasi 100%, tepat obat 95,9%, tepat dosis 93,8%. Hypertension is still a health problem in the world. The therapy given to hypertensive patients is usually carried out in the long term. The purpose of the study is to determine the evaluation of the use of antihypertensive drugs based on the right patient, the right indication, the right drug selection, and the right dosage in the use of antihypertensive drugs in the Inpatient Installation of Indo Sehat Karanganyar Hospital. This study uses the Cross Sectional descriptive method with retrospective data collection. The number of samples in this study was 49 patients with purposive sampling techniques at the Inpatient Installation of Indo Sehat Karanganyar Hospital 2023. The data was taken from medical records and compared with the standards of the joint national committee on prevention, detection, evaluation, and treatmen on high blood pressure VII. The results showed that the use of antihypertensive drugs that are often used as hypertension monotherapy is the CCB (amlodipine) group of 46.9% and the combination of two drugs, namely ARB (candesartan) and CCB (amlodipine) as much as 12.2%. Evaluation of the use of hypertension drugs in hypertensive patients is 100% patient correct, 100% indicated appropriate, 95.9% correct medication, 91.8% correct dose.
