Abstract

Daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) memiliki kandungan senyawa seperti steroid/terpenoid, flavonoid, kumarin, alkaloid dan tanin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas analgetik dengan sediaan tablet ekstrak daun sirsak terhadap mencit jantan dan mengetahui aktivitas analgetik dari tablet ekstrak daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) dengan perbedaan konsentrasi pengikat PVP. Serbuk daun sirsak diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%, filtrat kemudian dipekatkan dengan rotary evaporator untuk menghasilkan ekstrak daun sirsak. Ekstrak yang diperoleh diformulasikan menjadi sediaan tablet dengan metode granulasi basah menggunakan variasi PVP 1%, 3%, dan 5%. Masing-masing tablet mengandung 136 mg esktrak daun sirsak yang dicetak dengan bobot tablet 560 mg. Aktivitas analgetik dilakukan terhadap mencit yang diinduksi asam asetat secara intra peritoneal dengan pengamatan jumlah kumulatif geliat. Analisis data hasil pengukuran dianalisis dengan uji normalitas (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) dan uji homogenitas. Setelah memenuhi syarat, maka dilanjutkan dengan One way ANOVA kemudian uji post hoc. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tablet ekstrak daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan tablet dan memiliki syarat mutu fisik yang memenuhi standart. Konsentrasi PVP paling efektif pada formula 3 yaitu 5%. Hasil analisis dari mutu fisik dan uji analgetik metode geliat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari semua formula. Soursop leaves (Annona muricata L.) contain compounds such as steroids/terpenoids, flavonoids, coumarins, alkaloids and tannins. This study aims to determine the analgesic activity of soursop leaf extract tablets on male mice and to determine the analgesic activity of soursop leaf extract tablets (Annona muricata L.) with different concentrations of the PVP binder. Soursop leaf powder was extracted using the maceration method using 70% ethanol solvent, the filtrate was then concentrated using a rotary evaporator to produce soursop leaf extract. The extract obtained was formulated into tablet preparations using the wet granulation method using PVP variations of 1%, 3% and 5%. Each tablet contains 136 mg of soursop leaf extract printed with a tablet weight of 560 mg. Analgesic activity was carried out on mice that were induced by acetic acid intra-peritoneally by observing the cumulative number of squirms. Data analysis of measurement results was analyzed using the normality test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) and homogeneity test. After fulfilling the requirements, then proceed with One way ANOVA then post hoc test. The results of the research show that soursop leaf extract tablets (Annona muricata L.) can be formulated into tablet preparations and have physical quality requirements that meet standards. The most effective PVP concentration in formula 3 is 5%. The results of the analysis of the physical quality and analgesic test of the stretching method show that there are significant differences between all formulas.
