ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN OBAT DAN STRATEGI PERBAIKAN DENGAN METODE HANLON DI INSTALASI FARMASI RSUD IBU FATMAWATI SOEKARNO SURAKARTA TAHUN 2023

Pengelolaan obat yang efektif dan efisien adalah faktor dalam menjaga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta memberikan strategi perbaikan pengelolaan obat di IFRSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno menggunakan metode Hanlon. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif dan concurent. Data yang diperoleh meliputi data sekunder yang diperoleh dari observasi data penelitian berupa dokumen perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, distribusi dan penggunaan obat di RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dengan kepala Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno dan Kepala Gudang Farmasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase rata-rata hasil manajemen obat di IFRSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno adalah 92,84% untuk kesesuaian obat dengan FORNAS, kesesuaian obat dengan FRS 77,94%, dana yang tersedia dengan keseluruhan dana yang dibutuhkan 96,60%, kesesuaian perencanaan 92,49%, frekuensi pengadaan tiap item obat 12 kali, kesalahan faktur 0,13%, obat rusak 0%, nilai obat kedaluwarsa 0,56%, ketepatan jumlah obat dikartu stok 100%, tingkat ketersediaan obat 12,14 bulan, ITOR 11,35 kali, dead stock 1,94%, dan persentase obat dilabeli dengan benar 100%. Hasil analisis dengan metode Hanlon menunjukkan pengelolaan obat di RSUD Ibu Fatmawati cukup baik, namun perlu mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi sistem informasi. Effective and efficient drug management is a factor in maintaining the quality of health services in hospitals. This study aims to analyze and provide strategies for improving drug management at IFRSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno using the Hanlon method. This research is a type of descriptive research with retrospective and concurrent data collection. The data obtained includes secondary data obtained from observation of research data in the form of planning documents, procurement, storage, distribution and use of drugs at RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the head of the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno and the Head of Pharmacy Warehouse. The results study showed that the average percentage of drug management results at IFRSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno were 93% conformity of available drug items with FORNAS, drug conformity with FRS 77%, funds available with the total funds required 97%, planning compliance 92,49%, frequency of procurement of each drug 12 times, invoice errors 0,13%, damage drugs percentage 0%, medication expiriration value 0,56%, accuracy of the amount of medication in the stock card 100%, drug availability rate 12,14 months, ITOR 11,35 times, dead stock 1,94%, and the percentages of drugs purchased correctly 100%. The results of the analysis using the Hanlon method show that drug management at Fatmawati Hospital is quite good, but it is necessary to optimize the use of information system technology.
