KAJIAN PENYIMPANAN OBAT DI PUSKESMAS SELOGIRI KABUPATEN WONOGIRI TAHUN 2023

Salah satu hal yang penting dalam pengelolaan obat di puskesmas adalah manajemen penyimpanan obat dimana proses pendokumentasian dilakukan sudah menggunakan alat komputer jadi pengolahan data menjadi lebih akurat dalam penginputan memerlukan waktu yang lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses manajemen penyimpanan obat dari beberapa indikator yang telah digunakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan non-eksperimental dengan desain deskriptif di instalasi farmasi Puskesmas Selogiri terhadap penyimpanan obat di instalasi farmasi Puskesmas Selogiri tahun 2023, berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan PMK RI No 74 tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari beberapa indikator tahap penggunaan obat berdasarkan persentase kecocokan obat dengan kartu kendali (kartu stok) menunjukan hasil persentase kecocokan antara jumlah pencatatan di kartu stok dengan jumlah fisik obat sebanyak 90,5%, artinya masih belom sesuai standar, persentase stok mati 16,30% dari 92 jenis obat belum sesuai standar Permenkes, No. 74 tahun 2016. Indikator tahap penggunaan obat yang sudah efisien yaitu persentase stok kedaluarsa 0%. Sediaan farmasi berdasarkan turn over rasio (TOR) dalam satu tahun sesuai sampel 92 jenis obat pada pengamatan bulan Januari – Desember 2023 dengan stok awal tahun dan stok akhir 2023 didapatkan sebesar 6,48 kali perputaran untuk 92 jenis obat. One of the important things in drug management at puskesmas is drug storage management. Documenting drug storage is carried out using computer tools so that data processing becomes more accurate because the documentation process in inputting takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to determine the drug storage management process from several indicators that are late in use and based on Pharmaceutical Service Standards at the Selogiri Health Center, Wonogiri Regency. The research method used is non-experimental with a descriptive design at the Selogiri Puskesmas pharmacy installation on pharmaceutical storage at the Selogiri Puskesmas pharmacy installation in 2023, based on compliance with PMK RI No. 74 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards at Puskesmas. The results of this study show that the indicator of the stage of drug use based on the percentage of drug compatibility with the control card (stock card) shows that the result of the percentage of match between the number of records on the stock card and the physical amount of drugs is 90.5%, meaning that it is still not up to standard, the percentage of dead stock is 16.30% of 92 types of drugs not in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Health, No. 74 of 2016. An indicator of the stage of efficient use of the drug is the percentage of expired stock of 0%. Pharmaceutical preparations based on the turn over ratio (TOR) in one year according to samples of 92 types of drugs in January – December 2023 observations with stocks at the beginning of the year and stocks at the end of 2023 were obtained at 7.35 times the turnover for 92 types of drugs.
