ANALISIS PEMANTAPAN MUTU INTERNAL PEMERIKSAAN BILIRUBIN DI LABORATORIUM RUMAH SAKIT UNS PERIODE DESEMBER 2021 – MEI 2022

Analisis Pemantapan Mutu Internal pemeriksaan bilirubin perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan sehingga presisi dan akurasinya baik dan hasilnya dapat dipercaya oleh pengguna jasa laboratorium. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hasil Pemantapan Mutu Internal parameter bilirubin di Rumah Sakit UNS dengan menganalisis presisi dan akurasi dari pemeriksaan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data yang dianalisis adalah data Quality Control parameter bilirubin pada alat TMS 30i periode Desember 2021 – Mei 2022. Periode data dianalisis menggunakan grafik Levey-Jennings kemudian dievaluasi dengan Westgard Multirule. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari parameter bilirubin total dan bilirubin direct yaitu akurasi (ketepatan) dan presisi (ketelitian) yang baik. Berdasarkan analisis Westgard Multirule untuk parameter bilirubin total dan bilirubin direct ditemukan kategori aturan peringatan (12S) pada bulan Februari 2022, Maret 2022, dan April 2022. Aturan penolakan (13S), (41S), dan (10X) ditemukan pada bulan Desember 2021, Maret 2022, April 2022, dan Mei 2022. Internal quality assurance analysis of bilirubin examination needs to be carried out to reduce the occurrence of errors so that precision and accuracy are good and the result can be trusted by users of laboratory services. The aim of the study was to determine the result of the internal quality control of the bilirubin parameter at UNS Hospital by analyzing the precision and accuracy of the examination. The research method uses descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The data analyzed were Quality Control data for the bilirubin parameter on the TMS 30i for the period December 2021 – May 2022. The data period was analyzed using the Levey-Jennings chart and then evaluated using the Westgard Multirule. Result of the research on the parameters of total bilirubin and direct bilirubinare good accuracy and precision. Based on Westgard Multirule analysis for the parameters of total bilirubin and direct bilirubin found in the category of warning rules (12S) on February 2022, March 2022, and April 2022. Rejection rules (13S), (41S), and (10X) were found on December 2021, March 2022, April 2022 and May 2022.
