AKTIVITAS ANTI ARTRITIS KOMBINASI EKTRAK ETANOL DAUN SAMBILOTO (Andrographis paniculata Burm. f.), RIMPANG JAHE MERAH (Zingiber officinale Rosc. var. rubrum), DAN BATANG BROTOWALI (Tinosporae Crispae Caulis L.) TERHADAP TIKUS YANG DIINDUKSI CFA

Artritis adalah istilah umum yang mengacu pada sekelompok kondisi yang menyebabkan nyeri sendi, kekakuan, dan peradangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aktivitas antiartritis dari ekstrak etanol tunggal dan kombinasi daun sambiloto, rimpang jahe merah, dan batang brotowali. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekperimental dengan subyek penelitianya 65 ekor tikus yang dikondisikan artritis selama 14 hari dengan induksi complete freund’s adjuvant (CFA). Tikus dikelompokkan menjadi 13 kelompok : kelompok I normal, kelompok II negatif, kelompok III positif, 3 kelompok masing-masing ekstrak tunggal, 2 kelompok kombinasi ekstrak, 4 kelompok kombinasi ekstrak dengan penambahan topikal lidah buaya, 1 kelompok 3 kombinasi ekstrak dengan penambahan topikal lidah buaya. Analisa data menggunakan metode ANOVA dan uji lanjut Post Hoc. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ekstrak etanol dan kombinasi daun sambiloto, rimpang jahe merah, dan batang brotowali menunjukkan aktivitas antiartritis yang signifikan. Kombinasi ekstrak etanol dengan aloe vera topikal, daun sambiloto, dan rimpang jahe merah, dengan dosis efektif 20 mg/200 g berat badan tikus, 33 mg/200 g berat badan tikus, dan 40 mg/200 g berat badan tikus, menghasilkan %DAI masing-masing sebesar 37,73%, 42,13%, 34,02%, 34,02%, 36,97%, dan 36,25%, dengan efektivitas yang sebanding dengan kontrol positif. Arthritis is a general term that refers to a group of conditions that cause joint pain, stiffness, and inflammation. This study aims to evaluate the antiarthritic activity of single ethanol extracts and a combination of sambiloto leaves, red ginger rhizomes, and brotowali stems. This study is an experimental study with 65 subjects who were conditioned with arthritis for 14 days with complete freund's adjuvant (CFA) induction. The mice were divided into 13 groups: group I normal, group II negative, group III positive, 3 groups of each single extract, 2 groups of extract combinations, 4 groups of extract combinations with the addition of topical aloe vera, 1 group of 3 extract combinations with the addition of topical aloe vera. Data analysis using the ANOVA method and further Post Hoc test. The study found that ethanol extracts and a combination of sambiloto leaves, red ginger rhizomes, and brotowali stems showed significant antiarthritic activity. The combination of ethanol extracts with topical aloe vera, sambiloto leaves, and red ginger rhizome, with effective doses of 20 mg / 200 g of rat body weight, 33 mg / 200 g of rat body weight, and 40 mg / 200 g of rat body weight, produced a %DAI of 37.73%, 42.13%, 34.02%, 34.02%, 36.97%, and 36.25%, respectively, with comparable effectiveness to the positive control.
