Abstract
Pra rancangan pabrik dengan kapasitas 15.000 ton/tahun akan
direncanakan dibangun di Desa Kalena Wanno,Kecamatan Tambolaka,
Kota Sumba Barat Daya, Provinsi NTT. Pabrik ini direncanakan akan
beroperasi selama 330 hari dalam satu tahun dengan jumlah pekerja 95
orang. Minyak Jarak dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi biodiesel
dikarenakan kandungan trigliserida lebih dari 90% sehingga pada suhu
60 C dan tekanan 1 Atm pada reaktor alir tangki berpengaduk (RATB)
seri. Bahan baku yang diperlukan adalah minyak jarak sebesar 2.064
Kg/jam, Methanol sebagai bahan baku utama agar reaksi berjalan
dengan sempurna sebesar sebesar 39.328 Kg/jam, NaOH sebagai
katalis sebesar 20 Kg/jam dan HCl sebagai penetral produk sebelum di
pasarkan sebesar 8,5 Kg/jam. Kebutuhan utilitas air sebesar 44.096.457
Kg/jam, kebutuhan listrik sebesar 239,87 kW , bahan bakar boiler
berupa fuel oil sebesar 1,62 m3/jam dan solar sebagai bahan bakar
boiler dan cadangan listrik. Hasil analisa ekonomi dari pabrik ini
menunjukkan jumlah Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) sebesar Rp.
1.740.684.010,,- dan Working Capital (WC) sebesar Rp.
6.606.322.627,14,-. Keuntungan sebelum pajak (30%) sebesar Rp.
196.009.800624,- . Return On Investment (ROI) sebelum pajak sebesar
19,4 % dan Return On Investment (ROI) setelah pajak sebesar 13,6% .
Pay Out Time (POT) sebelum pajak 3,4 tahun dan Pay Out Time (POT)
4,2 tahun. Break Event Point (BEP) pada 47 % dan Shut Down Point
(SDP) pada 19% . Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis yang telah
dilakukan, hasil yang diperoleh telah memenuhi persyaratan seluruh
indikator dari analisis kelayakan ekonomi sehingga dapat disimpulkan
bahwa pabrik biodiesel dari minyak jarak dengan kapasitas 15.000
ton/tahun ini layak untuk didirikan.
The pre-designed factory with a capacity of 15.000 tons/year
will be planned to be built in Kalena Wanno Village, Tambolaka
District, Southwest Sumba City. ,
series stirred tank flow reactor (RATB). The raw materials needed are
castor oil amounting to 2,064 Kg/hour, Methanol as the main raw
material so that the reaction runs perfectly amounting to 39.328
Kg/hour, NaOH as a catalyst amounting to 20 Kg/hour and HCl as a
product neutralizer before being marketed amounting to 8.5 Kg/hour.
Water utility needs are 44,096,457 Kg/hour, electricity needs are
239.87 kW, boiler fuel is fuel oil at 1.62 m3/hour and diesel as boiler
fuel and electricity backup. The results of the economic analysis of this
factory show that the amount of Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) is IDR.
1,740,684,010,- and Working Capital (WC) of Rp. 6,606,322,627.14,-.
Profit before tax (30%) is IDR. 196.009.800624,- . Return On
Investment (ROI) before tax was 19.4% and Return On Investment
(ROI) after tax was 13.6%. Pay Out Time (POT) before tax is 3.4 years
and Pay Out Time (POT) is 4.2 years. Break Event Point (BEP) at 47%
and Shut Down Point (SDP) at 29%. Based on the analytical
calculations that have been carried out, the results obtained have met
the requirements of all indicators of the economic feasibility analysis
so that it can be concluded that the biodiesel plant from castor oil with
a capacity of 15,000 tons/year is feasible to be established.
