HUBUNGAN ANTARA TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PENGGUNAAN ASAM FOLAT DAN ZAT BESI TERHADAP KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI PUSKESMAS JAYENGAN BULAN FEBRUARI – APRIL 2022

Anemia are the condition of the red blood cells, the hemoglobin levels, and hematokrit levels. Anemia in pregnancy reach mothers and fetal growth in him. The level of consuming vitamin is one of the anemia in pregnancy. The purpose of this study is to find the level of the use of folic acid and relations tablet iron hemoglobin levels in patients to pregnant women at Puskesmas Jayengan February - April 2022. This research is an analytic observational research. The hemoglobin level data used is the data from the test results before and after the administration of folic acid and iron by the Puskesmas. This study used a questionnaire to measure the level of patient compliance. Third trimester pregnant women who are willing to be respondents are the sample of this study based on inclusion criteria. Meanwhile, the exclusion criteria were incomplete questionnaire data. From the inclusion and exclusion criteria, data were obtained from 73 people.. There is adherence to the use of folic acid and iron in pregnant women at the Jayengan Health Center in February - April 2022, namely an increase in the amount of Normal Hemoglobin levels for Pregnant Women. The relationship between compliance with the use of folic acid and iron in pregnant women at the Jayengan Health Center with an increase in HB levels of from 1.53 g/dl to 1.6 g/dl in February – April 2022.
