Abstract

Hiperlipidemia adalah kadar lemak tinggi yang melawati kadar mormal didalam darah. Bawang putih (Allium sativum L.) diketahui sebagai tanaman yang dapat mengobati penyakit hiperlipidemia. Kandungan utama yaitu allicin dapat mempengaruhi metabolism yang terjadi pada kolesterol, dengan cara penurunan kolesterol total dan peningkatan kolesterol HDL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui senyawa dalam umbi bawang putih yang mampu berinteraksi dengan protein target, dan mengetahui profil dari network pharmacology yang terbentuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan cytoscape untuk megetahui profil network pharmacology. Dengan mengunakan sampel dari database knapsack dan protein target. Nama gen yang telah didapat divalidasikan mengunakan webserver uniprot lalu dicari interaksi protein dengan menggunakan webserver string. Pada webserver string nilai combined score 0,9 keatas dikumpulkan sebagai data, kemudian data di-input ke aplikasi cytoscape untuk melihat profil network pharmacology. Penelitian ini menunjukkan senyawa kandungan dalam bawang putih yang mampu berinteraksi dengan protein target hyperlipidemia yaitu allicin dan farnesyl diphosphate. Profil network pharmacology senyawa allicin dan farnesyl diphosphate terlibat dalam jejaring protein target HMG-CoA reduktase. Hyperlipidemia is high fat levels that exceed normal levels in the blood. Garlic (Allium Sativum L.) is known as a plant that can treat hyperlipidemia. The main content, namely allicin, can affect the metabolism that occurs in cholesterol, by decreasing total cholesterol and increasing HDL cholesterol. This study aims to determine the compounds in garlic bulbs that are able to interact with the target protein, and to determine the profile of the pharmacology network formed. This study uses cytoscape to determine the profile of network pharmacology. By using samples from the knapsack database and target proteins. Gene names that have been obtained are validated using the uniprot webserver and then look for protein interactions using a webserver string. On the webserver string, the combined score of 0.9 and above is collected as data, then the data is input to the Cytoscape application to view the network pharmacology profile. This research shows that the compounds contained in garlic are capable of interacting with hyperlipidemia target proteins, namely allicin and farnesyl diphosphate. Pharmacological network profile of the compounds allicin and farnesyl diphosphate involved in the HMG CoA reductase target protein network.
