Abstract
Di era perkembangan teknologi semakin cepat, perusahaan dituntut
untuk mampu meminimalisir kesalahan dan mencegah risiko. Salah satu proses
bisnis yang paling rentan akan terjadi risiko adalah rantai pasokan (supply
chain). Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan cara untuk
mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi risiko supply chain agar tidak mengakibatkan
kerugian. Perusahaan karoseri merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur
yang perlu melakukan upaya pencegahan risiko pada supply chain, salah
satunya PT. XYZ. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT. XYZ adalah kesalahan
dalam perencanaan dan penjadwalan produksi. Permasalahan yang lain seperti
keterlambatan jadwal produksi dan tidak sesuainya stok bahan baku dalam
pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko supply
chain, mengidentifikasi risiko yang menjadi prioritas risiko, dan rancangan
aksi mitigasi risiko supply chain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode HOR
untuk mengidentifikasi risiko, dan mengidentifikasi aksi mitigasi risiko yang
selanjutnya ditetapkan usulan penerapan mitigasi menggunakan metode
Fuzzy-AHP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 16 risk event yang
terjadi dengan 26 risk agent, dan ditetapkan 13 risk agent prioritas, serta 21
usulan aksi mitigasi dari 13 risk agent prioritas. Didapatkan aksi mitigasi risiko
dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu melakukan pelatihan dan pengawasan karyawan.
Usulan mitigasi tersebut dilakukan pengolahan dan didapatkan alternatif
tertinggi yaitu diadakannya pelatihan manajerial . Diharapkan usulan mitigasi
risiko supply chain ini dapat membantu menangani dan mencegah kesalahan
dan permasalahan pada PT. XYZ.
In an era of increasingly rapid technological development, companies are
required to be able to minimize errors and prevent risks. One of the most
vulnerable business processes is the supply chain. Therefore, companies need
to find ways to identify and mitigate supply chain risks so as not to cause
losses. A car body company is one of the manufacturing companies that needs
to make efforts to prevent risks in the supply chain, one of which is PT. XYZ.
The problems that occur at PT XYZ are errors in production planning and
scheduling. Other problems include delays in production schedules and
inaccurate raw material stocks in the records. This research aims to identify
supply chain risks, identify prioritized risks, and design supply chain risk
mitigation actions. This research uses the HOR method to identify risks, and
identify risk mitigation actions which are then determined by the proposed
mitigation implementation using the Fuzzy-AHP method. The results of this
study show that there are 16 risk events that occur with 26 risk agents, and 13
priority risk agents are determined, as well as 21 proposed mitigation actions
from 13 priority risk agents. The risk mitigation action with the highest score
is to conduct employee training and supervision. The proposed mitigation was
processed and the highest alternative was obtained, namely the holding of
managerial training. It is hoped that this supply chain risk mitigation proposal
can help handle and prevent errors and problems at PT XYZ.
