Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih di Indonesia ikut berdampak
pada semakin banyaknya perusahaan yang bermunculan dan berkembang pesat
salah satunya di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Perusahaan memiliki peranan penting
dalam memajukan perekonomian negara dan memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh pada peningkatan motivasi dan kinerja pegawai yang ada di suatu laboratorium klinik termasuk salah satunya pegawai ATLM yang erat kaitannya dengan pembuatan SIP.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap
peningkatan motivasi dan kinerja pegawai di Laboratorium X Surakarta.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling
yang dilakukan pada 30 pegawai di Laboratorium X Surakarta. Variabel
independennya adalah Kompensasi dan Motivasi sedangkan variabel dependennya
adalah Kinerja Pegawai. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan uji t 3.853 > 1.740, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan uji t 3.767 > 1.740. Begitu pula, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi didapatkan hasil uji t 4.826 < 1.740. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan kinerja pegawai, begitu pula motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.
The development of increasingly sophisticated technology in Indonesia has
had an impact on the increasing number of companies that have sprung up and are
growing rapidly, one of which is in the health service sector. Companies have an
important role in advancing the country's economy and provide benefits for the
company itself. In this case, compensation has an influence on the increased
mlotivation and employee performance at laboratory including ATLM employees
who are closely related to the creation of the SIP. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on increased motivation and employee performance in
Laboratory X Surakarta.
This research is a quantitative study with a total sampling technique
conducted on 30 employees at Laboratorium X Surakarta. The independent variable
is compensation and motivation while the dependent variable is employee
performance. Data collection used in this research was through a survey using a
questionnaire.
The results showed that compensation had an influence on increased motivation with at test of 3.853 > 1.740, and motivation had an influence employee performance with a t test 3.767 > 1.740. So as compensation has effect on increased motivation, the results t test are 4.826 < 1.740. The results of the study can be concluded that compensation has an influence on increased motivation and employee performance, so as increased motivation has effect on employee performance.
