HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DENGAN PERILAKU MAHASISWA STRATA (S1) FARMASI UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN ANTIBIOTIK

Penggunaan antibiotika yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan resistensi. Pengetahuan dan perilaku merupakan faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam penggunaan antibiotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku mahasiswa S1 farmasi Universitas Setia Budi terhadap penggunaan antibiotik tahun 2022, mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku mahasiswa S1 farmasi terhadap penggunaan antibiotika di Universitas Setia Budi tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa S1 farmasi Universitas Setia Budi, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji korelasi Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa mengenai penggunaan antibiotik dalam kategori kurang sebanyak (57,52%) dan perilaku penggunaan antibiotik juga berada dalam kategori kurang sebanyak (1,2%). Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap perilaku penggunaan antibiotik pada mahasiswa p-value (0,007) < 0,05. The Improper use of antibiotics that can lead to resistance. This study was a descriptive study using questionnaires. The population in this study was S1 pharmacy students of Setia Budi University, sampling was carried out using purposive sampling techniques. Data processing using Chi-Square correlation test. The results showed that the level of knowledge of students regarding the use of antibiotics in the category was less (57,52%) and the behavior of antibiotics use was also in the category of less (1,%). There is a relationship between knowledge of antibiotics use behavior in p-value students (0,007) < 0,05.
